I just found Designrr.io, which is supposed to be an easy-to-use platform for making eBooks. I signed up (with a discount code) and have been working on rewriting my book, From Rookie to Rockstar: A Guide for Beginning Real Estate Agents. The platform helps you create and publish your eBook. So. In this post, I’ll talk about the pros and cons of using Designrr.io to make eBooks based on my limited experience so far.

Note: You should look for a discount code before registering. It’s possible to find one with a quick search on DuckDuckGo or Google in about 10 minutes. Some of the existing ones out there don’t work, but just try a few different ones.

Ok, so anyway, Designrr.io makes it simple to create eBooks that look awesome, which is terrific and of course the main reason I’m using it. No longer do I have to make boring eBooks with Google Docs that don’t have any media content or tables.

I signed up for an account, then I imported my Google Doc version of my eBook and within minutes had an eBook with all my text included – formatted mostly how I wanted it (more on that in a minute).

Because of its abundance of customizable, professional-looking templates, Designrr.io allows you to get started quickly. So, once you’ve imported your content, it’s quite simple to add images, video, and other media to your text by dragging and dropping them into the content where you want them. Already, adding photos and videos has improved the look of my ebook and added value for readers. And I expect my eBook design to get better and better as I learn more about the tool’s advanced features and gain experience with it.

The tool is so easy to use and you only need to put in a little effort for outstanding results. I think it’s amazing that content can be repurposed this way, and I’m really enjoying how easy the platform is to use and how much time I’ve saved by being able to quickly and easily create high-quality content that I can publish and sell for passive income.

In addition, I’ll say that with Designrr, ChatGPT, Quillbot, and Originality, as well as Canva, you can make text, headings, book titles, and photos that look good, are professional and are good for SEO as well. I won’t go into how all those tools work here, obviously, but they are worth checking out for your own content creation needs. I use all of them in conjunction, for quick, easy, and outstanding results that save me a lot of time and are quite fun to use.

Designrr.io also offers a variety of export options for your work. You can save your eBook in PDF, Kindle, ePub, or HTML format. This gives you a good number of distribution options, including Amazon’s KDP. I haven’t used the export feature yet because I’m still editing my eBook, but I have no reason to suspect it won’t be great.

One thing that the platform can’t yet do perfectly is import Google Docs content. Don’t get me wrong, it does a pretty solid job, but the bulleted lists, for example, were difficult to edit because many of them did not come out as intended (particularly when they had numerous levels of indentation). The quickest solution for this was to start over and build them from the ground up, which was a small hassle. But the rest of the content came in pretty much as intended.

It’s simple to make all of the necessary changes to your ebook once you understand how to use Designrr even just a little bit. Furthermore, the platform can be customized in a variety of ways, which makes me excited about what else I’ll be able to do with it and the further efficiencies I will gain over time as I learn it better.

Designrr.io is a great option for eBook creation software that is both powerful and easy to use. It is a very useful tool because it has a lot of features, is easy to use, and can export to many different formats. Despite a few issues with the tool, I’ve enjoyed using it so far.
