Denticon Job Aid
Denticon is dental management software (DMS) used by dental front desk professionals to track patient treatment plans, scheduling, insurance, and fees. These are very powerful programs and Denticon is just one of them. My client used Denticon and so I created a job aid for their front desk staff to use to quickly navigate to the important features.
Phone Scripts for Dental Front Desk
These phone scripts are for the same project as the above and for the same audience. New hires don’t always know how to interact correctly with patients on the phone and so I created these scripts to help them out. This job aid covers the most common scenarios when front desk staff will be on the phone with patients.
bSpace/Canvas Matrix
UC Berkeley had long used the Sakai learning management system (LMS). In 2012 however they transitioned to a new LMS that I championed. I created this matrix to help users understand which features of the old LMS were also in the new LMS and how to find those things they need to do most often.
