FreeUMS Proposal
This proposal was written by myself with the assistance of my colleague Alex in 2009. The proposal is for an LMS that’s totally free for institutions of all sizes and was meant as a competitor to BlackBoard (then one of the dominant LMS’s in the world). The proposal was submitted to a Foundation for the purpose of achieving a grant and it nearly won getting to the third round.
